Time is Nigh We Lift You high

Devotional

Lord, search the reins of our hearts. Help us to show the love of Christ to everyone including those who seek our demise. Take out every bit of unforgiveness and anger, so we can see clearly enough to walk in truth.

Help us to love those who hate us and pray for those who despitefully use us. Help us not to take to heart the mockers and persecutors, because after all we are your children. They mocked and persecuted you and you are all mighty GOD, encourage us to be proud to walk in your path.

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.”

MATTHEW 5:44-45 KJV

Dear Heavenly father, please help us to be grounded in you. Be our solid rock so we will not be moved, nor conformed to this evil world that surrounds us.

Help us not to waver nor straddle the fence. Encourage us to choose you and you alone, so we don’t find ourselves being Lukewarm.

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV

“I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.”

Jeremiah 17:10 KJV

“I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”

Revelation 3:15-16 KJV

“Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.”

John 15:20

“The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.”

2 Samuel 22:47 KJV
